Island Hollow II

No Answer, No call back from voice mail. No one in the office since summer and the door was locked. One day a person open the outside door but she said she can't check on Application's I needed to update something. I did talk to Cororate office they was nice. They said the office personnel be out and about on the property at times.

I applied to this complex about 2 years ago almost 3, they called me about a 2 Bdrm and I was looking for a 3 Bdrm I called back after thinking it over and asked to speak with the person who offered it to me I got the run around for weeks saying she was in meetings I never got a call back I’ve called back to be sure I was still on a waitlist for a 3 Bdrm and was told again to leave a vm! I don’t like how far I am from work and my family but at least my management is amazing! I haven’t tried since because of you aren’t answering for simple questions what happens when something is really going on when I live there no thanks

I had asked for an application to be mailed out, because I cannot download and print out from my phone the young lady I spoke with in the office told me yes she will mail it out the next day still have not received the application I requested for. So my question is is where's the application I requested for if she mailed out the next day,This was February 27th We are going on March 27th which would be a month it does not take a month to mail somebody an application, That lives in Onondaga County. Very unprofessional.I will be contacting management!!!!

I was given the runaround regarding my application so I finally gave up on wanting to rent there. Thank God I did because based on the violence going on in that complex, they did me a favor. It appears to be a high priced ghetto/low income project. The End!

Sidewalks are NEVER salted unless one of the residents does it himself. They don't keep up with the snow on the sidewalks or parking areas.
