Love Love this place. ! Very quiet , maintenance is on top if Snow removal. Site manager, Mike is Awesome. Site manager actually , pitches in with snow removal !! If you have a Maintenance issue..they are on it. Great team here at Island Hollow. Most of ALL, NO DRAMA..!!
I have no idea who runs this place but I called about an inquiry on getting on the waiting list for a townhome and the lady on the other end was so rude to me. I wouldn't want to live somewhere where I cant have a conversation with my landlord because she has an attitude. No thanks.
Heat and hot water always going out call Dillon the Maintenance guy after hours he never answers the phone he’s a hot mess Carmen the office manager is ok but Mike and Nate was awesome
The town homes are beautiful. I wish the lady in the office would answer the phone when called or return phones calls.
Very clean and peaceful environment! The people there are very nice as well!
