Cobblestone Apartments

Moved out in October and still no security deposit back even after they said we will get our check back in full, excuse is new owner transfered UPDATE: changed my one star to 4 to reflex the owners and managers fixed our deposit return. Took a while but finally fixed that . Place is good to live in and quiet when we lived there . Thanks to the managers for helping solve the problem

I have been living at the Cobblestone for almost 2 years now. I love it here if i am being honest. They bring in a cleaning service every Tuesday to make sure the halls and laundry room are kept clean. The few times i have had to call maintenance to come, they are here within an hour and are always professional and get the job done in a timely manner. The office staff is always very kind and polite. They always give ample notice if there is going to be some sort of work done in/ around the building, which i appreciate more than they could ever know. Everyone complains about apartment walls being “paper thin”, but sometimes i forget i even have neighbors- it’s that quiet and peaceful. I absolutely love living here at Cobblestone Apartments.Management is very friendly. If you need something done they're quick to respond. Very quiet hallways and laundry room always clean. Come see for yourself you will be glad you did. 😀

Was interested in a 2 bedroom at this complex, looked very nice. Was told to bring in my financial info. When I got there I was meet by an older lady who opened the door barley 6 inches to talk to me. Told her who I was and why I was there. And I was immediately told we don't have any openings and we will call you when we do. And door was shut. After that and the pathetic poor attitude I was given I'd rather not live there. Here's a clue lady it's called courtesy and being professional which you are neither! You are a disgrace!!

We’ve lived here for three years. It was a great place to live. The maintenance and office staff were friendly and very responsive to any and all concerns. They clean the stairways every week and shampoo the stairway carpets once a year. They care for the outside gardens. It’s beautiful to look out your balcony and see the greenery. They are also quick to remove snow from the parking lots and to throw salt on the walkways. They notify all the tenants of water shut offs, electricity outings, etc before they happen. The complexes are quiet and safe. Many people take walks on the curvy road along the complexes. There are seniors and there are also a lot of families with young kids. You do hear kids crying, running and couples arguing through the walls. But hey, that’s part of life. The people
