Irwin Park

Glad we're moving out next month. The gates are inconvenient and the walk-up ones don't even lock. The kids outside have no respect. They bang on the walls of buildings and cars. I hadn't even gotten out of my car yet and within 2 minutes they had hit it with their ball twice, and this occurs regularly. They complain about smokers yet let people barbecue on their back porch. Doesn't make sense. None of it does. Good riddance.

The prices at Irwin Park are really good, especially considering you have a washer/dryer in unit. Other tenants that I have encountered are chill/friendly. The manager and maintenance team are nice and respectful. I love that it is close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers. Kent Station is down the hill. A few things to be mindful of- If you are big on recycling, this is not the most recycle-friendly place. Only cardboard. There is a valet service for trash which is nice but it also means sometimes unsightly trash is sitting outside. Sometimes the cardboard gets left by valet service. There is a no smoking policy here, but several people do smoke. I believe management is working on it, but there is only so much they can do. Something to consider if you don't like being

My heat went out right as the cold weather was hitting. DeJuan rushed over to look at it same day. At first they were going to have to call out an electrician, but he took the time to look at all things it could be and was able to identify it and fix the thermostat immediately. Such a great community and the management makes themselves available. Thanks DeJuan!

I truly enjoy living in this apartment. The place is clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, with everything I need close by. The management is responsive and friendly, always ready to help with any questions or concerns. I feel at home here and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

This place was very nice at first but my god its not worth my time or anyone else’s. this place was the worst for me. I pay 1850 a month just so I can have other people park in my spot and staffing not doing anything about it. and they just started doing road work for the parking lots and they just let everyone park in other peoples spots and not let you tow. it’s incredibly inconvenient after coming home from a tuff day at work or a good day just to see lots and lots of cars parked behind each other. if they are gonna do work on the parking spots they need to have the space for other people to park in. not in other peoples spots they pay for! Also did I mention how it’ll cost you 3350 and your monthly rent to break your lease? I had to break mine for family reasons but my god I shouldn’t
