Maintenance is phenomenal here, especially Daniel! He is highly skilled, versatile, and attentive to details. He came to fix some outlets that weren’t functioning well and then noticed also a light wasn’t as bright as should be and quickly corrected that issue without having to even ask! Feels like home here knowing everything is taken care of within a moments notice!

Great leasing staff that is very accommodating and helpful. Good communication, clean place, maintenance team is great. Syrena and Zammie on the front end are wonderful.

I love the maintenance technician Saudy that was sent to fix the bathroom in my apartment. He was respectful, kind, and went out of his way to make sure the job was done in a timely and professional manner. It’s rare to come across someone who takes so much pride in their work, and it really shows. From now on, I will definitely ask for Saudy whenever I need something done—he’s the best!

I’m currently living here, and I strongly recommend others not to move into this apartment complex. When we first arrived, the staff seemed helpful, but things changed drastically — starting from January this year. Since then, most of the staff have been incredibly rude and unprofessional. There’s a serious attitude problem at the front desk, especially from one particular women whose behavior is beyond disrespectful. I’ve never encountered someone so unprofessional in a customer service role. Today, I calmly picked up my rent invoice and walked out without saying a word — I didn’t want to ruin my afternoon arguing. The only slightly helpful person is the manager, Carlos, but The rest of the staff clearly don’t care about residents or their concerns.and hope management team will fire ev
