Tim is THE MAN! He has been incredibly responsive, thorough, genuine, and reliable. Most if not all of these qualities are very hard to find. He helped us sell our house quickly, and buy the house of our dreams. There were many obstacles from the selling side from agents that weren’t as thorough or formal as Tim, but he never hesitated to help educate and assist to make sure everyone was on the same page. From the buying side, there were even more obstacles from the seller’s agent that made the transaction less than easy, but Tim was our rock throughout the whole process. Even when there isn’t new information or a response from the other side, he was still very communicative to let us know he was still working on something or there is nothing new so we never questioned if he was missing an

Use Susan Lacy as your agent! We worked with Susan Lacy to buy our home 5 years ago and recently to sell it. When we bought it, we had 4 days to look and put in an offer. She worked effortlessly with our time constraints and found us our dream home. We recently sold that same home and Susan made it such an easy process. She’s a knowledgeable and seasoned real-estate professional through and through. She’s very thorough and down-to-earth that will make the buying/selling process far less stressful. Would highly recommend Susan Lacy!

Gus Franklin is the most competent, professional, and hard-working realtor I’ve ever met. It’s quite obvious that he was a business leader before joining your organization. He’s the guy I would’ve enjoyed working for, had our professional paths crossed in my younger years. His follow up, candor, integrity and intelligence was quite obvious during my entire transaction of purchasing a home. I feel quite fortunate to have met him.

Sounia Chaney has represented our family in at least 6 real estate transactions. As a realtor, she is exceptional and tireless. I know this to be factual, as we have purchased and sold homes in 3 other states over the years. While many realtors may be competent, Sounia goes beyond. She has assisted with difficulties that were encountered due to out of state relocations, having nothing to do with real estate. She checks on her clients daily, and more if need be. I cannot say enough about how seamlessly purchases/sales are handled through Sounia; she makes the process effortless for her clients. Sorry to say, but in comparison, others we have experienced, disappoint. And—personally, she is a delight!

Linda Woods was the realtor from Intracoastal that we dealt with in buying our new house. Note, she was not OUR realtor. Our realtor had many dealings with her and she was very hard to deal with. I can't speak for her client, but Linda did not make the purchase of our new home very seamless. Right before closing we had an issue with the home and as far as we can tell she flat out lied to us about dealing with it. Would not recommend this agency based on our experience.
