We have used HH&W to buy three properties and sell two and I believe their local knowledge and expertise is unmatched but what makes them special is the level of service. In a vacation home environment buyers and sellers are often not on the island and these folks are amazing at making absenteeism not an issue. The idea that this a concierge real estate company is so very true. They really help with all the details and are willing to assist in ways that frankly are totally outside of anything one could expect when doing a real estate deal. The example I will give is during a difficult moving day one of the partners showed up, tools in hand and jumped in to help assemble some furniture in order to meet a moving deadline. I also have a lot of respect for how much these folks love this island

Ronnie Hunt is our go to person for our Wrightsville Beach properties. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area and going-ons about the island. We used him for condos and a house, and he led us in the right direction and was very helpful with 1031 exchange and what lawyers to use which saved us some money. We are very impressed with his communication skills, and the most important thing is that he gets back to you and replies and answers your questions in a promptly matter whether it’s through a phone call or text/email. We highly recommend him and will use him again if we ever decide to sell our Wrightsville Beach property.

I met Randy Williams from Hardee Hunt and Williams in April 2016 when I purchased a Wrightsville Beach condo at Cordgrass Bay. Randy was the sellers agent, but, left a lasting imprint on me.
