Do not rent from this company. Management changed multiple times during our lease, and communication consistently deteriorated. Our final point of contact, Austin, demonstrated a lack of understanding of North Carolina tenant law and was unresponsive when concerns were raised. Our security deposit was not returned within the required 30-day window. We received no proactive communication and had to follow up repeatedly before it was sent. When it finally arrived, most of the deposit had been withheld for alleged damages that were not present when we vacated the property. They have a pattern of charging blanket amounts of $1500 for "paint fees" as you can see in other reviews. Throughout our tenancy, communication was poor. Requests often went unanswered unless followed up on multiple time

Applied for a condo which an application was already accepted on, I was given options on other available units/properties that suited my specific needs. Bella did an amazing job of helping myself and my parents navigate this process. I ended up in a brand new apartment, closer to where I’d like to be and with a great deal! 10/10 customer service, extremely prompt and personable. Would reccomend highly if you are looking to rent/buy!

My husband and I had an excellent experience working with the Cadence Realty Corporation, specifically our realtor Tim Hearne. From the start, Tim was professional, knowledgeable, VERY responsive and pleasant to work with. He was all the things you want, both attentive to details and respectful of your time. I would highly recommend working with the Cadence group and Tim. This isn't our first home purchase, but it's certainly been our best experience!

Phil Fish with Cadence was our realtor for our recent condo purchase. We can’t recommend him highly enough! From negotiating the contract, working with the home inspector and recommending an outstanding mortgage broker, this was a great experience thanks to Phil. And even better, with his connections in the contracting community, Phil had a crew in our condo the day after settlement to tile our kitchen backsplash, and take care of some necessary electrical and plumbing work. Everything was done that day and Phil came by to personally check on the quality of the work. Having him arrange all of this saved us so much time and aggravation. He is truly a full service realtor and great guy!

If I could give them no stars, I would. After applying to a property and paying almost $200 in application fees, we had to keep emailing the company multiple times because they didn't let us know the status of our application after submitting. They claimed there was a "delay" and they had a meeting to discuss with home owners how they would like to proceed. Nowhere on the website does it state that they have to go through the owners to make their decision. We applied on Wednesday, after multiple attempts to get an answer they emailed us back the following Monday, claiming they had multiple applications and decided to go with someone else. No other reason of why we were declined. The biggest scam run company who just takes your money. Never even ran our credits, so don't waste your time app
