Interpointe Apartments

Dawn in leasing was absolutely amazing and helpful. She made the process very easy and straight forward. I needed a place quick and she helped me get into an apartment in 3 days which was really helpful.

Sara was so kind and helped me and my husband get into are apartment very fast we got approved within a week all moved in within 1 week an I'm so happy with our experience with Sara she is the best

Apartments are very nice and comfortable. Good insulation means we NEVER hear our neighbors. No noise or safety complaints. Main complaint is that it's pretty pricy (what isn't these days?), and lots of turnover in management, which has led to inconsistencies in terms of policies and enforcement. All in all I still recommend Interpointe and love my apartment here.

Was a good 2 years experience up to the last few months as they lost one of my rent checks and after showing proof that the transfer was complete. They still are trying to make me pay twice. Was hard to get in contact with staff as I work out of state and night shift. I would no recommend these apartments for long-term leasing. On top of that, when I was finishing anything that I needed to for the move out, they were extremely rude over the phone and we're getting irritated with me. Would not recommend renting from these guys

While the apartment complex presents well via website, the value does not align with high rental costs. Many essential services - such as parking and laundry- come at an extra cost. Not to mention packages going missing. Prospective renters may want to explore alternative options.
