Lovely community nestled in North Irving area - excellent location for access to grocery shops, shopping stores and many good restaurants. So many lovely trails right outside these apartments, if you love walking around nature - this community offers modern amenities combined with access to great neighborhood trails. Before I forget to mention, the gym and the pool’s good too! Lived here for an year and we had the best time in the best apartment. It was made possible by the efforts of Mr.Mel, the Maintenance Staff Lead who was always so friendly, attentive and caring for the residents. My close friend has lived in International at Valley Ranch for two years and convinced me to consider the location when my lease is up. I instantly became impressed with the exceptional attention from Aerial and Tremayne the two leasing associates that helped me and the friendly maintenance team when they addressed my questions and concerns. I had a lot of questions! The grounds are kept in beautiful condition. The staff did a remarkable job of snow removal keeping the parkways and sidewalks safe during this storm. It’s been less than a month that I’ve lived here and so far there have been many issues: the patio door valance fell on my head when I opened the patio door, the building management changed (which was informed to residents day-of the change without any prior headsup), the dishwasher and bedroom blinds had broken parts when I moved in, the building 1 elevator was not working for over 18 hours at least once, one of the building door handles was missing/broken for over a day, and I heard that there were 8-10 cops near the gas station near our building at night not too long ago. Additionally the walls are quite thin as you can hear people in the hallways, TV noise from nearby units and any noise outside the apartment such as people talking or construction. My boyfriend has lived here 6 months and I love coming to visit! His last place was okay for the apartment but the staff here is so much better. They take care of things on time and they are very pleasant. Very grateful he opted for a change!

I live in an apartment and had a couple of maintenance requests that needed attention. Mal handled everything professionally and efficiently.
