Integra Village at Tymber Creek

I recently moved in and I am so happy to be a resident here. I worked primarily with Hannah who was absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire process, and I really I feel that she went above and beyond to ensure everything about my move went smoothly! Claudia has also assisted me several times and is always so positive, helpful, and kind! When I first moved in I had an issue with my washing machine. The Property Manager, Jenna, was excellent in handling the situation and ensuring that the issue was fixed. The maintenance team was also excellent. The units and grounds are beautiful, the area is extremely convenient, and the excellent leasing staff makes this place perfect!

Went today and the place and it is alright but the common areas were filthy. Elevator the men’s room in the lobby had no soap in one of the stalls and my wife said the same about the women handicap bathroom. Trash in the halls and stepping over trash. The young lady who show us did not seem to know that much about the place. Talked and laughed at questions. All the peoples are young. We are going to pass because we heard some people live there talk about how they never did what they say they was supposed to do. We preciate you for showing us, but 2000 is too much for what y’all offering and we did not trust that young person showing us the apartment home. At the end of the day we going with something on Williamson.

Just moved in and loving it so far! The girls in the office are so sweet and helpful. I made a lot of changes right up until move in and they were able to accommodate everything to make sure I was happy. Alondra made my entire process from start to finish seamless! The location of this property is ideal and so convenient to anything you need (maybe a little too convenient lol). There's walking trails surrounding the entire property as well as scenic views from whichever building you choose. The biggest thing for me is how quiet it's been, it makes working from home easy. Additionally, the units themselves have high end finishes and the entire vibe of the place is warm and inviting. The amenities are also great. The gym is super high tech with echelon equipment including treadmills, cycle

Vlad and Leo are the best. Every time I ask for something, they take care of it quick and easy. Had to issue the wires on my light, they fixed it patched, it painted it. They are the best I want to make sure both Vlad and Leo. Get 5 stars for everything they do.

My significant other and I just moved to Integra Village and we really love it. The approval process was easy and the staff helped us every step of the way. Our leasing agent, Alyssa, was super helpful, attentive, and kept great communication throughout the whole process. That meant a lot to us. The rest of the team and the property manager have also been great and you can tell they care about the community. The apartments are clean, new, and well taken care of, which is really important to me. The amenities are also perfect and exactly what we were looking for. We’re really happy we chose to live here.
