Inskip Flats

The actual apartment is great, but I can’t say the same for the complex. Police are here frequently for various reasons. Doesn’t feel very safe at times. Walking trash down to the dumpster is a hassle, and if you have more than one car you have to park it at the leasing office. Visitors parking is VERY limited. The lady in the leasing office is very sweet though. Just have to weigh the pros and cons for yourself.

The office manager is incompetent and rude. Guests cars get towed because of her lack of communication/ focus on these apartments because she works for serval apartments. I would give it 0 stars if possible

Nice 2 bedroom apartments. Don't be fooled by the small square footage because the layouts seem much roomier than some 1300sqf apartments I've lived in

Very nice... The manager Was very helpful and understanding...walked me through the process of everything... I can't wait to make this My home ❣️
