To whom it may concern, one of our first experience with moving to Texas was our interaction with Ms Bruening at Insight. She walked us through our process with moving into our HOA prior to arriving in Texas. We came in the office and she took time to sit down with us and tell us what to expect. Months later and endless questions to her office have been nothing but stellar. The entire staff has been professional at every turn. Thank you from this Pennsylvania transplant. You could not have made the transition any easier. You are a treasure to our community and Insight.

This is the worst HOA company that I have ever dealt with. They have no idea about their communities nor they care about it. I requested for a 6 ft fence got approved for 4. Not a single house in our community has 4 foot fence. They are only there for your money. Total scam.

Updated review to 4 stars. They called me back and we were able to resolve the issue and were very responsive over emails too. Kristi was very helpful.

This company is awful. All they do is harrass you even after you have done exactly what they told you to do. They come back and say you "don't want violations to come back on the account!" They are so out of touch with the neighborhood that all they do is collect your money and treat you like garbage. Worst so called company. Talking to lots of neighbors to get rid of them.
