In April we purchased a home from Ingenuity, LLC in Jonesborough, TN. and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. The workmanship and attention to detail of the home is outstanding. As with any new home, there were some minor issue that needed to be addressed and they were taken care of immediately. Everyone we have dealt with at Ingenuity, LLC has been kind and professional.

We are so thankful we found this home . It is over the top with impeccable quality and beauty . My deceased husband was a developer and contractor . I’ve been around the business for 40 years . Pat Weber and his staff go the extra mile in making sure their buyers are happy .

Pat built our custom home in 2020 and the entire process from start to finish was excellent! From the beginning we told him what was important to us, and he made sure that our vision became a reality. He was so easy to work with and was always available when we had questions or concerns. Two years have passed since Ingenuity, LLC, led by W. Pat Weber III, built our "custom" home. We've been coping with the consequences of substandard construction and bad communication. I noticed most of the recent reviews for Pat and Ingenuity, LLC, came from his partners, builders, and suppliers rather than from a homeowner who lived in a house he built.
