After a handful of incidents over a few years' span, I feel this review is merited.  I'll start with the current.  On 9/23/25, Infinite Properties sent out a Mandatory Contact Form, which I filled out on that same day and emailed back.  I even got an email back from Infinite that they had received the email.  Thankfully, I opened my December 2025 statement, even though I had paid my 2025 dues in full and had also paid my special assessment fee in full.  I see on that statement that I was fined for not completing the contact form.  I received no additional emails, calls, or texts that I was about to be fined, and the original email did not have any details of what the consequences of not filling it out would be.  I emailed and Infinite admitted their mistake and sends me a "corrected" ledge

This was honestly the worst experience I have ever had with renting a home. This is the first time I've ever been threatened with eviction due to writing a review. BE CAREFUL!!!! they have added into the lease agreement that if you write anything negative about them they can fine you and evict you if you do not pay fine. I personally think that being a good landlord would negate the need to put that into the lease. In speaking with others and reading reviews... this company always has something to say about why they are in the right. But this is illegal per the federal Consumer Fairness Act. I recently rented from Infinite Property Management. The process was simple and straightforward. Cheri went over and above to keep me informed and help us get the rental property. They were very easy to work with.

Will easily take the side of HOA contractors over residents. We asked for help after the snowplow hit a utility box. They insisted the box was already damaged, but the picture they sent as proof was our neighbors box which is round, our box is square. They didn’t bother to ask if that was the correct box, they just said the box was already damaged and gave no indication that they were still working on it. We replied with pictures of the correct box, which was standing upright just days before it got plowed over, haven’t heard back. They have replied to this review!
