Gallatin Trails Apartments

The landlord and management team is absolutely amazing. Probably by far the best Gallatin trails has ever been and the absolute BEST landlord/management I have ever had! Even the maintenance team is super sweet and nice. Big shout-out to Maddie, she is always making me feel at home and cared about, she's the best!

Joe, is so far the best apartment manager this apartment complex has had in the past 4 and 1/2 years I've lived here..!! He always corrects any problems or issues that I have witnessed throughout the neighborhood with kindness and a positive outlook on again multiple situations I have witnessed!! So I want to think the Gallatin trails apartment complex for hiring Joe!! And thank you JOE for all the great work you do for this apartment complex!!!!!! THANK -YOU

Lived here twice now, as well as my husband! Maintenance guy Scott is super nice and listens! Mrs. Robin has been understanding and amazing in it all too!

Jessica is hands down the best thing that's happened to Bozeman. Before she started here it was very tense and cold. She has brought warmth. We have real sense of community. She walks the property daily and I see her opening doors for the elderly residents and playing with the children. She is on top of fixing issues and conflicts. Recently she was out sweeping my walk so I wouldn't fall as I recently had an injury. She knows everyone by name and even more she is genuinely concerned with the lives of her community. I have lived at this property for years but it was never a home until Jessica arrived. Her smile is contagious and no matter what mood you are in she will brighten your day. We have had a very hard time trying to find a place to live in Belgrade or Bozeman. The ONLY person to actually answer the phone (out of everywhere we called) was Jessica. I have called many times with questions and each time she was cheerful and more than willing to help us. She made signing paperwork simple and her great attitude was beyond what I've ever encountered when interacting with property management. The website was easy to navigate as was the application. The apartments are really nice, they include a dishwasher, washer and dryer hookups and most importantly, they accept pets. Thank you Jessica for being so awesome!
