I had the pleasure of working with both Lynee and Tara for 4 years as a resident of multiple properties! They are the best landlords I have ever had! They are always responsive with concerns and solutions and really helped me through alot over the years! I am so grateful for the level of honesty, integrity and kindness they show! They were a blessing to me and my son! The units were always well maintained and they are not just one sided for the owners they also are aware of the needs of the occupant and I find that very unique in the society we live in today! Thank you Benchmark for being such a gift!! If you are in need I would highly recommend this property management company!!!

Ok all here’s the lowdown. Tara and Lynnae and fantastic to work with. I’ve lived in one of their condos for the past two years and have ZERO negative things to say about them. They are prompt with communication, and over all friendly fabulous ladies. Maintenance was always answered in a timely manner, they helped me out more than once when I locked myself out and were very fair with my security deposit. If I wasn’t moving to buy I wouldn’t be moving at all. I’ve rented from many a slum lord and this company is definitely not one. If you’re sick of shitty unkempt, rude or sleazy companies to rent from give Benchmark a try.

I can’t say enough good things about this rental company. I rented from them for two years, and throughout that entire time, they were incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. Any time I had an issue—whether it was a maintenance request or a general question—they addressed it promptly and with genuine care. I’ve heard horror stories from friends and neighbors about other rental companies in the valley—long wait times, unreturned calls, problems being completely ignored, and deposits being unfairly withheld for ridiculous reasons. That has never been my experience here. This team actually follows through, fixes problems quickly, and makes you feel like a valued tenant—not just another name on a lease. Horrible. Moved into my unit in May and they have been no help with getting a mail key. Still no mail and it’s September. Spent no less that 7 trips to the post office and this is entirely a tenant problem. In process of breaking lease.
