Austin was fantastic. Super knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. He didn't leave any stone unturned. We are moving into a new build home and he still was looking for any type of issue that might exist with an older home. Also super nice and personable and easy to work with. His report was super thorough and helped us out a lot!

Austin and Nicki were fantastic to work with. Austin was very thorough and knowledgeable. I was with him during inspection and he answered all my questions and great at explaining things. Even weeks after the inspection was done Austin was readily available to answer follow up questions or help me with whatever needed. 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone. If you’re looking for someone that does an inspection the right way and someone you can trust, Austin is the way to go! Will use again.

I reached out to Austin for an inspection on a potential home purchase, and he responded right away, offered great prices, and made scheduling easy. We showed up at the home for the inspection and he was already there waiting on us. After each section being inspected, he would come to me and give me a verbal report of what he found, being sure to explain things thoroughly to me, as I’m learning about these things for the first time- he made everything very understandable and clear. At the conclusion of the inspection, he promised a thorough report the next day, and he sent it through first thing in the morning, as promised. 10/10 recommend- very thorough, communicates clearly, professional, and friendly.
