Avoid at all costs. Sherry Wong is a liar and crook. We were without AC for a month and hot water for almost 3 weeks before they managed to actually fix the problem. The wiring for the house was a mess and we had flood damage from a malfunction on the toilet they charged us for. After move out they an additional $7000 for damages their repairman caused. If you call Sherry to dispute any claims she’ll have a panic attack on the phone and hang up and send aggressive texts not answering anything discussed. This review is from me and my sister Abria Johnson we’ve been living in a residence for 5 years and we’ve always had the same people looking over us if there’s something needed they do it or anything broken they fix it the response timing in UNMATCHED literally immediately sherry whose over Maitnence is incredible I literally couldn’t have asked for anybody else to do the job the way she does as for Tony love him here and there always checked on the unit and worked great with sherry my unit was clean my kitchen is updated the bathrooms everything about my home I will miss but sadly I need a bigger place the kids have grown if your looking for somewhere to live def contact incentive properties they keep there place up to date and up to code ♥️

Rented for 3 years at Plaza Terrace, first 2 years were with a different company, and on the 3rd year, Incentive took over and they raised the rent from $1475 to $1700 a month. Over that third and final year we had multiple issues that they failed to address and forced us to foot the bill. Our a/c unit has an issue with its pipes (not our fault as renters) and instead of replacing/repairing the unit— they would force us to pay $180 multiple times for an a/c repair man to show up to drain the pipe for 5 mins. They would NOT show proof of service OR the receipt from the vendor. We even asked to cover the cost for a shop vac that they could’ve kept after we moved out — and they refused (would’ve been maybe $50 max but ok). They never attended to a broken a/c in an urgent manner. They said “i

RENTERS BEWARE!!!! Out unit was taken over by this company in 2023 after renting through a different property management company for years and we have had nothing but issues. They want to charge you for every single thing. They blame tenants for their units faulty issues and expect us to pay the bill with NO RECEIPTS! That’s illegal and unethical. Sherry Wong is in charge of “maintenance” but has NOT A SINGLE CLUE of how any appliance works. Any positive reviews are from owners of the employees themselves. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!!

The customer service for this leasing agency is horrible. They’ve made us wait WEEKS for critical repairs at the property we’re renting. It’s crazy considering we’ve never missed a rent payment and always pay on time. The office staff often has no clue about logistics for the property and defer any issue resolutions to “Actually, we don’t have to fix it soon because it’s not in the contract.” I 100% would NOT recommend this company. I’m pretty sure my landlord could save a ton of money by managing this property themselves. Upon move out- be aware: their lease contract requires you to PAINT the entire property and it be “move in ready” or you’ll lose your deposit.
