IMT Dayton Station

There are two Alex's in office it's always fun talking to them! They are very friendly and helpful. Dj and Marina are also helpful and were able to get me a copy of my lease quickly! To my surprise the maintenance team works really quick Jesse and Will got my work order done the same day I made it! And Markee is out there all morning making the property amazing! Thank you guys for all you do.

This IMT complex has caused harm to me and my family after spending nearly eleven years living here, always paying my rent and their insurance on time. When the incident occurred where water entered the house from outside and flooded it during the night, they didn’t give it the proper attention they should have. On the contrary, they added more pressure on us and showed no regard for our feelings or the difficult time we were going through. The damages were repaired poorly and unprofessionally, not in accordance with the standard procedures for such cases. It also took a long time after the incident, and during that period, no suitable alternative was provided for us as a family of five. In the end, they informed us that they had evaluated the unit and deemed it livable.

Such a great community! Love living here and I love the maintenance team! Jesse and Will are awesome! Cliff the manager has got a great crew. Alex, Mauricio, and Markee are all just superb!

Both the Alex's in the office were very helpful with my work order request. Marina and DJ were amazing with helping me move in and made the process easy. Alex and Cliff completed my work order super fast! Will, Bernie, Jesse, Markee, and Marico were super friendly and do amazing at keeping the property clean and pretty. Cynthia and James thank you for all you do to keep our home running, I am so happy to call IMT home!

I had a phone call with Alex V and it was very simple to set up a tour time. I viewed a 2 bedroom apartment and he even explained the move in special which was perfect for me and my family. I have 2 friends that already live at IMT and I can see why. The professionalism is fantastic and refreshing. It is close the light rail station which is perfect for my commute to Downtown Denver. Thank you to Alex! I'm excited to apply for an apartment here!
