Imprint Apartments

I am a resident off imprint. This is a great place to live. I am so happy here. This is what they told me to write. The review I had up here before the management helped me take it down in order to get a two bedroom apartment. Once they assisted me on taking down my review, then they made it impossible for me to get into it by adding two months rent to transfer. I spoke with one other management team member He actually said “I don’t know why she’s running your credit again you already live here.” And for some strange reason I can’t get back into my Google account after management took down my google review., but I have two phones. BRIBERY. I asked for a lease break They said yeah but you still have two pay two Months rent when you leave. My granddaughter is having breathing problems

Although the unit and building are very nice, I have had a nightmare experience living here.. The unit I moved into was brand new but had multiple issues. I had a leak in my kitchen that they failed to resolve for over a month. I was having to plug up this leak with multiple towels and eventually led me to avoiding using my kitchen completely because it would basically flood my floor. I had to put in multiple tickets to get this resolved.. Either the maintenance team was incompetent, or they just don't care about their residents. It got to a point where they removed my dish washer underneath the counter and left it in the middle of my apt for two weeks and gave me zero explanation. I asked Madelyn if she could get me an answer for what was going on and she said she would but never f

I moved in March last year and left in December the same year. Absolute nightmare of an experience, particularly Madelyn. Don’t fall for the fake 5 stars they’re likely forcing from the other residents. The office staff shouldnt even be called office staff because they’re never in their office…and once you’re moved in, none of them will ever reply again. Not quite sure what they do all day.

I recently toured and signed for an apartment at Imprint and had a fantastic experience. Madelyn, who gave me the tour, was incredibly attentive, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process feel smooth and welcoming. A week later, I needed to move up my lease start date, and the team handled everything with the same level of professionalism and efficiency. I truly appreciated their clarity throughout the entire process, and I’m excited to be moving into my new home!

I recently took a tour of the apartments. The apartments are beautiful and Madelyn was a huge help. She answered all of my questions. She was very attentive.
