Buyer beware: agents list homes with inaccurate information. Please be sure to read the fine print. For example, they list two bedroom homes as three bedroom if there’s another room that does not qualify as a bedroom. This can mean you are overpaying for a home because the comps are not apples to apples and can greatly impact your resale value since the home is not truly a three bedroom.

Lia and Matt are absolutely amazing. We were in a unique situation with needing to sell our house and they helped us every single part of the way! Definitely went above and beyond for our family. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
