My building’s hallway ceiling and my air conditioning unit in my apartment are both leaking substantial amounts of water. This is just one of the many issues I've had with leaks while living in this apartment that weren't addressed in a timely manor, resulting in unnecessary damage to my apartment and belongings. As I mentioned, my air conditioning unit and the building's hallway ceiling are leaking, and the floorboards in my apartment's hallway closet are rising up from the leakage and there is definitely mold growing in that closet now. It often feels like this management group doesn't take my concerns seriously, even when they’re safety hazards and affect my quality of living. I do not recommend renting with this group. I really hope that they respond to me soon and help take care of th

I’ve had ongoing issues with this management company since moving in, most notably the repeated lack of hot water. This is not a one-time inconvenience — it has been a recurring problem over a long period of time and has made the apartment unlivable at times. Communication from management is poor and slow, even during urgent situations. There is little follow-up, no clear timelines, and no sense of urgency when basic necessities like hot water are unavailable. I’ve had to repeatedly reach out just to get updates before the office closes. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and disruption to my daily life. For the amount of rent charged, tenants deserve reliable utilities and responsive management. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for consistent service or acc

Honestly the worst management ive ever experienced. I moved in july and did my initial walk through. Noticed a small stain from a leak in corner of my living room. I reported this stain getting bigger every month. Until finally during the winter storm the ceiling caved in. They came cut the hole and left it open for another 2 week during multiple storms. They told me "have empathy its christmas" and "just file a claim with your renters insurance" not to mention, the heat in the building only works "sometimes" and the mice are rampant which they send out an "exterminator" who just puts out 2/3 glue traps from the hardware store and says "if you catch one call and ill bring a new box." They are never in the office do good luck reaching out to them. They wont return your calls instead They wi

This management company has repeatedly failed to provide basic, habitable living conditions. The ongoing lack of hot water is unacceptable and has been an issue for far too long. This is a fundamental utility, not a luxury, and their inability or refusal to fix it in a timely manner shows complete disregard for tenants. Management is unresponsive, dismissive, and slow to act even when issues are clearly urgent. Communication is poor, follow-up is nonexistent, and tenants are left in the dark while paying full rent for substandard conditions. The stress and disruption this has caused is unnecessary and avoidable. No tenant should have to chase a management company just to confirm whether they can take a hot shower. If you value basic accountability, livable conditions, and competent prope

My ceiling started leaking a week and a half ago. At that time I called emergency maintenance. I called five times the first day and got no answers I continued to called Sunday and still got no answer, no response. I had to use buckets to stop the water from spreading throughout the unit. I asked them the first day to come out because I knew the problem would get worse and of course it did. I called the office on Monday and spoke with Monica. To which I was told someone would reach out to me about relocating my unit or having a roofer come out to investigate the damage. No one ever called me back in reference to either issue. I called again Tuesday and spoke with the same young lady who informed me I would not have to provide rent until the problem was completely fixed she never stated an
