My experience was excellent with this firm, especially since it was a property that had been vacant. The settlement went without a hitch and I was very pleased with the company's efficiency. They even sent over the settlement officer to my office to have me sign the documents so I didn't have to leave my office.

I appreciate her reaching out at her earliest convenience to rectify the situation. 12/2025: I have been trying to get in contact with Matt & Emma after the sale, expecting the same type of service, to not have a phone call, email or text returned in weeks. Disappointed as I wanted to continue a working relationship with them. 6/2025: Very accommodating during the process of selling my grandparents’ property. Matt and Emma were very communicative and were able to also offer additional services to accommodate me in another state throughout this process.
