Imagine Jefferson

I just moved into Imagine Jefferson at the beginning of the month, and I’m already so impressed! The entire staff goes above and beyond to make living here such a great experience. Shayleigh, the property manager, truly cares about the residents. You can tell she puts her heart into this place and keeps everything running so smoothly. Jessica in leasing is so friendly and helpful, she made the move in process a total breeze and answered every question with a smile. And Luis, the assistant manager, is always on top of things and super professional. The community itself is clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained. You can really tell the team takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend Imagine Jefferson to anyone looking for a place that actually feels like home!

Sent several emails of interest for moving in but got no response. Went on a whim in-person about interest and they said several units would be available mid-October with more in November. Cool. They set up a property tour date as no units were available for viewing, totally fine. Property tour looked great all around. I asked bedroom availability and was told 1-3beds. Expressed interest in 2+ and filled out an application. Was told that a $400 deposit on top of application fees was due at turn-in (only taking money orders and/or cashiers checks..), I presumed the deposit was refundable if rejected or if unit desired fell through, which was my bad. We turned all in (Sept 18) and were told we would hear back in time if approved. (Sept 26) Got a call we were approved, but they didn't have a

I would nor give them even a 1 rating i lived there 5 months, had continual issues, a/c not working,having portable a/c for over 2 months,staff entering my apt with no written notice or aware of anyone entering my apts ever, they had 4 people try to fix it which caused wzter damage they are trying to make me pay had someone try to enter apts,had new vehichle keyed and wipers damaged.mngr was notified and claimed seen nothing on cameras for any problems! I have never lived somewhere that is unorganized and doesnt protect there residents, or keep record management let me out of my lease and is now trying to collect. Save your self alot of issues and do not move there.. other residents told me of severe problems and got no help!

I had the privilege to work with the property manager Shayleigh and she was amazing! Really took her time to help me understand the process and was great with communication. Highly recommend!

I wasn’t impressed with this tour. I was told there was a unit available to view, but when I arrived, I was informed there weren’t any. Instead, I was shown amenities in an effort to impress me. While the amenities were fine, I came to see an apartment, and leaving without seeing one felt like a waste of time.
