I found Ms. Moreno very professional. She was willing to put in all the effort to find tenants with the appropriate profile. I was not, however, impressed by some of the processes at PenFed Reality as compared to my experience with a different real estate firm in the past. That firm provided me a detailed report on suggested tenant's background check that included verification of employment, income, previous residence, credit score etc. I reviewed and signed that report before moving forward. PenFed didn't provide any formal report.

I nominate Iliana to be the HARDEST WORKING agent in real estate!! She was able to acquire my beeaaaautiful blessing of a home in a matter of a couple of DAYS. The woman never sleeps!! I was in a desperate situation and even on a Sunday....she was able to get me approved!! I am the happiest I've been in a very long time, and I owe it - MOST of it "to her"!!
