Ilda's Overlook Senior Residences

I was asked the first week after moving to Ilda's Overlook how was my experience. I can honestly say it was the best move I could have ever made and to live close to my children. I truly felt welcomed to my new home. The staff could not have been any better. They go beyond what is necessary to make you feel confident that you made the right decision to live at Ilda's Overlook Senior Living. The apartments are extremely versatile with all the convenience that you would need to live comfortably. To be included, Ilda's offer a wide variety of activities for the residents, whether it's field trips, gardening, movies, games, exercise and fitness along with social gatherings or just getting to know your new friends. Highly recommended.

I am very pleased living here at Ilda’s Overlook. The apartments are lovely and the building is well maintained. But, what really makes it wonderful, is the people. The office staff is great and always helpful. The maintenance team is also excellent and very responsive. This, in addition to all the amenities and activities, adds up to great senior living.

Ilda's overlook is the absolute best! Maria, Manuel, Yelice, and the rest of the staff are amazing! They are kind, helpful, knowledgeable , and always get the job done quickly and efficiently. I always look forward to seeing them each day. The facility is new, clean, & so well maintained. They offer many activities to participate in each week. There are opportunities for outings each week. The residents are so friendly and lovely to spend time with. The location is convenient to so many places. The rent is so affordable. It really is an outstanding. community! I really can't say enough good things about Ilda's Overlook!! Five stars is not enough to rate it- 10 stars would be more appropriate !

I just renewed my lease with Ilda's Overlook. During the past year, I have come to personally interact with the staff (Mary, Yelice, Manuel) and found them to be very professional and helpful. Not only that, but they are also very friendly which made my stay here very enjoyable and memorable. That said, I think they deserve another star instead of just 5 stars. The office staff and maintenance are amazing. Any issue I have ever experienced, which have been minimal, were promptly rectified in a professional manner. It has been a real pleasure to live in a well maintained apartment building, which makes you feel like you are part of a family!
