I wanted to share my experience with the guest parking pass policy to encourage clearer communication for residents. Before any of this happened, a staff member assumed I wasn’t on the lease and said that only the leaseholder could come in to get a guest pass, which made the visit awkward. Later, I was told that residents are limited to four guest passes per month and that I would not be able to receive another pass next time. I asked her to email me explaining why I was being refused a pass even though it is allowed under the lease, but she said I would need to speak to her manager on Monday. I’ve been living at Ldyllwillow for a few months now, and it truly gives me a strong sense of security and belonging—just like home. Christian, who helped me with the move-in process, was incredibly handsome, patient, and professional. Everything went smoothly and efficiently, and he also helped me resolve several issues after I moved in. I really appreciated his support. Every member of the management team is warm and helpful. Whenever I visit the office, any staff member can call me by name. With so many residents living here, it’s amazing that they remember me—it shows how much they genuinely care about every tenant. Visited from out of town to see the facility and stay in one of their Airbnbs. Luke was extremely helpful and kind, answering any questions we had about both the facility and the Airbnb itself. He even took the time to give us a tour so we could see all the amenities in the complex. The apartment was clean, well-stocked, quiet, and thoughtfully prepared — Luke even left us clear directions to help with parking our vehicle. I highly recommend staying at Idyllwillow if you are traveling, and I especially recommend working with Luke for a friendly, smooth, and streamlined experience.

I recently applied here & Bianca was extremely unprofessional, highly immature, unorganized, & disrespectful which in turn helped me realize that I wouldn’t want to live here anyways if this is what applicants are experiencing from her specifically. I do want to give a special thanks to Joey & Christian. These gentleman were very kind during my application process & my rental offer provided me a move in date of October 30 when applying online. We recently moved in and have had a wonderful experience so far! During the leasing process, Christian was incredibly helpful—he worked efficiently under our tight timeline and kept us informed every step of the way. Move-in was seamless, and our living experience has been excellent. Anytime we’ve needed assistance, the staff has been responsive and supportive. Beyond the outstanding team, the community itself has exceeded our expectations. The gated entry provides a sense of security, parking is well-regulated so residents always have spots available, and the grounds are consistently clean and well-maintained. We highly recommend living here.
