I have been a full-time RE/MAX agent for 18 years and have never dealt with a closing clerk like Matt DiStefano. He was arrogant, unprofessional, refused to provide the final Alta in a timely fashion and acted like a defiant child immediately following closing on 12/29/25. This being said, in total contrast, Betsy Hudson was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Had another closing with Matt & Betsy. The two of them compliment each other so well, communication is always clear and accurate! They go above and beyond, answer any and all questions and always make sure everyone is happy! Well done ICON!

Icon made a $8,242 mistake on our sale and did not catch it for two months. My advice is to use another company if you have a choice and carefully check their math if you don't (which you would think would be a core competency).

Brian is great at his job. Have done over a dozen closings with icon.
