Icon Apartment Homes at Hardin Valley

Icon apartment it’s a beautiful place to live. We have rules to follow and that makes the community organized and clean most of the time. The amenities are amazing and neighbors very respectful. The only point of improvement would be for FedEx or UPS delivery that don’t follow the icon guidelines/rules for their delivery. Beside this, the apartments are amazing! Very modern and with nice views.

Our first month here was very nice! The Icon is truly a great place to live and be happy! We are appreciating all the infrastructure and organization and quality of the services. Congratulations to everyone!

The apartments, community, and amenities are top notch. The staff has been very good communicating back to me when I have questions. I have used maintenance 3-4 times now and each time they get my issue resolved the next morning. I highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a place to live in the area.

This is hands-down the best community I've ever lived at. The Icon staff were friendly, helpful, and communicative when we were first searching for apartments and they have been amazing for the 10 months we've lived here! I literally do not have a single complaint. The property is clean, beautiful, and there are tons of luxury amenities. The team is quick to respond to maintenance requests and does a great job of explaining the process. Our apartment unit itself is spacious, full of natural sunlight, and feels like a luxury hotel. For the first time in my life, I LOVE my apartment. I enjoy coming home from work to such a wonderful place. We used to live at Copper Pointe apartment homes, and it was hell on earth.
