We purchased our home from ICI Homes three years ago and have been very happy with it. What has truly stood out, though, is the outstanding customer service from ICI’s warranty department. They have taken care of my family multiple times and have always been responsive, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I especially want to recognize Arnie and Steve, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. It’s rare to receive this level of support years after purchasing a home, and it’s greatly appreciated.

Think twice before buying an ICI Home! I purchased a brand new home from ICI in 2020. Since the day I moved in, I have had multiple roof leaks. Four years later I still have leaks that have not been fixed! So many leaks! The ridge caps on my roof continue to blow off. The installers did not remove the plastic adhesive film before installing the ridge caps, so every time there is high wind, I lose pieces of my roof and water leaks in to my house. I had major drainage issues that I had to spend thousands of dollars to fix myself. The build quality and fit and finish is terrible. ICI is a terrible company to deal with, stay away!

Excellent quality and amazing customer service. The management came to explain me a few things in the house. I was impressed with the binder provided at the time of closing with all the information about the property , warranty and services. All the model houses are dream homes. We are living in our new property only 5 months and so far no negative experiences. Very happy with my new home.

From the sales office to the builder and design center, we have been very pleased with ICI. Tison is an outstanding sales person, who was helpful, polite and goes above and beyond to answer any questions you have as your build process began. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to build. Lauren in their Design Center, she is just amazing in helping you design your new build. She makes it fun, when it can be quite stressful making so many decisions to make your new home beautiful. She is very patient and has a pleasant personality. We loved her!!
