We had a great experience purchasing our home. Tonya our sales rep was very helpful in guiding us to homes within our budget and needs. She was quick to answer emails and also kept us up to date during the construction phase of our home as well. Shawn our superintendent was also great at hearing our concerns and getting issues handled prior to closing. We had an overall positive experience buying our home and recommend both Dream Finders and Hyland Trail. This was a breeze compared to our last new construction home purchase from another competing builder, who I won’t name, but markets themselves as “America’s Builder”. 5/5 would do it over again.

If I could leave a negative star, I would. I am a real estate agent servicing Jacksonville and surrounding areas and my buyer was highly interested in viewing one floor plan. Upon getting to the community, my buyers parents had already let the sales agent there, by the name of Mickelson know which home their daughter was interested in. He took us to a completely different home that was higher priced. After I noticed it was the wrong home, he magically remembered that there was one more quick move in of the floor plan requested that was almost completed, which my buyer loved. When getting back to the office and speaking to Mickelson about my buyer's goals, he proceeded to tell me that the builder would not approve what I was asking for, in which I insisted that he ask anyways.
