Hygge Properties

We really enjoyed our time spent with Hygge Properties in Menomonie. Our apartment was beautifully renovated, had new appliances, and great privacy! Working with Hygge Properties management and Jeremiah was very positive and a great experience overall. Whenever there was a maintenance request or something had to be fixed, it was handled very quickly, promptly, and was executed well. Communication was always very clear and quick. Jeremiah, the property manager, was super easy and friendly to work with. We would 100% recommend renting through Hygge Properties!

Hygge properties gave me the best renting experience I could imagine. The landlord and maintenance staff were responsive and quickly tended to any repairs or questions I had throughout my leasing experience. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for renting!

Renting with Hygge Properties is a great choice as a student! Having a place located right on main street allowed my partner and I to have short walks to class each day. Our apartment had beautiful views and was renovated quickly before we moved in a couple years ago. Not only did we have a great experience with our apartment, Jeremiah is organized and communicates well. This made a huge impact on our decision to stay another year because in one app we could message him, pay our rent, and access our lease. I highly recommend renting with Hygge Properties!

While the buildings themselves are old and definitely come with what you'd expect from old buildings, the management is very nice and accommodating. Maintenance is also quick to respond and very nice! The prices are decent, though I'd hope for lower, there's not much to be done when you rent in an old building and they definitely put the money back into renovations which makes me feel better about the price.

My apartment was newly remodeled and had a lot of modern updates. The wifi was quick and digital entry into the building was super convenient. Maintenance was always super quick and responsive. Jeremiah was super accommodating during my time here and was also super easy to get a hold of. Overall a really nice place to live.
