American Edge Real Estate

i have been renting from American Edge for 6 months now and it has been all around 95% better than my last rental company. There were quite a few things that needed work on in the home and Christi has been phenomenal to work with when it came to fixing the problems. She has been so kind, understanding and has wonderful communication with me. So far it’s been a dream team. The only negative I have is the fact that I have to mow and shovel the property. So I had to find a mower and shoveling takes half of a day. Have never had to do this in the past with a rental. Otherwise absolutely great rental company so far and I would recommend them wholeheartedly!

4/5 My wife and I are currently tenants with American Edge living in an apartment not too far from Dick's Fresh Market in Menomonie. From the very beginning, our agent Mike has been very helpful. From finding a place that fits our needs--both in location and price--to being very open and flexible to possible change of plans, he's always been for us a good representative of the company. Their staff have been nothing but friendly to us. Of course every place has its negative characteristics. The apartment needed only some extra cleaning in minor areas, but it was by no means dirty upon moving in.
