Upon purchasing our new home, I was initially enthusiastic about the experience. The builder, Erick, portrayed a positive image and assured us that everything would be satisfactory. However, the house was not fully functional at closing and required an additional two days for completion. Upon receiving the house, we discovered that it was not clean and several items on the punch list had not been addressed. Mr. Hernandez informed us that he would make the necessary corrections and asked for additional time to completion.
