Huron Vista

I just signed a lease with Huron Vista and the whole process was very stressful (due to no fault of Huron Vista - my own personal struggles), and Paige, the nice woman in the leasing office, made everything as easy and as simple as possible on her end, which was a huge relief. She was kind, understanding about my situation, and did her very best to work with me. I was in a situation which made renting difficult but the whole process went so much smoother thanks to Paige. If you're facing issues that make leasing a place difficult, Paige may be able to help you! I had no faith, but Paige stayed on top of everything and I am truly grateful for all her help. I also want to shoutout Juan, the maintenance man at Huron Vista. He was so kind and helpful as well. He made my apartment look beautif

beautiful apartments. Wonderful appliances that’s updated . Never had a issue with anything. Never had a issue with staff. Even corporate is great! They care . They work hard to keep the community clean. Events at the leasing office for kids , fitness center is freshly new and clean and it’s updated even have the weight balls . The playground is center of the community which is great to keep eye on the kids.

I really wanted to take a look on this apartment When I called there I was asked how much my husband earn I said 100k. We are 2 adults and one 2.5 years old.She said you husband earn too much sorry. I just saw on theirs website these apartments are income restricted. I was confused. ANYWAY after reading reviews I am glad. We didn't take apartment there.

Police are out here everyday. I wish they’d BAN dogs from living here. People don’t clean up their dogs shit knowing kids like to run around and play outside. The sewage smell that lingers throughout the entire building more often than I can think of is disgusting. Kids running and jumping all day and NIGHT over my head. Kids need to have a bedtime. And then people leave TRASH on their balconies, which causes flies and maggots. The maggots fall onto the lower patios and here we are trying to figure out how maggots are crawling INTO our apartments. Thank goodness it’s cold now. The office staff surely won’t respond to calls, voicemails or emails. Ban the dogs and get cameras.

Paige is phenomenal, responsive and an excellent leasing agent. The entire staff greeted me and I felt like I was home. Thank you Huron Vista staff for making me feel so welcome and like family.
