Huntington Townhomes Apartments

i toured Huntington Townhomes recently and honestly left impressed. the townhome felt genuinely spacious and very clean. the location is a super good since it’s right by the highway, which makes getting around easy. maria, the leasing agent, really made the experience. she was kind and patient, and made sure all my questions were answered without hurrying me. im moving to Richardson in a couple of months, and after this experience, so I’ll be applying here.

Beware! They steal deposits and never return your calls. I did an application on last year but was told it’s no way I would get denied. Well I got denied but thats fine. Was told that I would get a check sent to my house but a new year has came still not check. I have reached out to the property management and the main office to the property, still not return call. The funny thing is they mistakenly called me one day thinking I wanted to rent an apartment but was surprised when I referenced my deposit. She claim that I would get someone to call me back but no call. Its sad cause money is hard to come by these days if people like them to keep what is owed to you plus dodge your calls.

Disgusting and definitely not up to code! Tons of roaches everywhere you can think of and then everywhere you wouldn't even think they would be!

If I could review them in the negatives I would. This place is a joke. Maintenance has no clue what they are doing and it can take weeks or months to respond to requests. The pool was constantly broken or closed during the summer so we rarely got to use it. The parking lot is a disaster and it’s a literal battle just to get a place to park. I have four kids so if someone took our designated spot we could have to walk super far away and walk. The plumbing and electrical was not installed or maintained properly which was very dangerous. We tried to get out of our lease after our daughter developed a health issue from the condition of the townhouse and it was a fiasco! They were rude and we had to comb our lease to find a way to get out of it as they were unwilling to let us out of our lease

Mary Herrera is the Manager of Huntington Townhomes! She is such a sweet and caring manager. I’m so grateful to her for making my experience at Huntington on a pleasant and peaceful stay. Thank you Mary for being such an awesome manager!! She is awesome!!
