Huntington Place Apartments

My sister-in-law and hubby lived in Huntington place, cute little two-bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool, real nice place! she enjoyed living there!

The leasing office is horrible. Put in an application online, it got lost. I came in person to file my application, i was told to wait 2-4 business days and I will get a call back. I call multiple times and either they don’t pick up, or they tell me to wait for them to call me. On the 5th day of not hearing anything back, I am told that I have to going to submit for a third time because it didn’t go through properly. Every time I call they hang up before I can ask any further questions. I am not told that the lease can be signed electronically, or that I have to give them 24 hours notice to move in. I tell them that i am unable to be at the office until 4:30 due to not being able to leave work. They push my move in date back because that doesn’t work for them, when they have 30 minutes for

Me and my family have been living there for two years. It was ok the first year but I guess they get comfortable with you being there and feel like they don’t have to fix anything when you call. They fix stuff on their own time if you call them today and say your sink is clogged they might come Friday. Very unprofessional.

The absolute worst place to reside. They're supposed to have 24-hour maintenance... that's a lie. The staff who works for Huntington is incorporative, disrespectful and misunderstanding (two older Caucasian women). The apartments/appliances are old, full of mold- with nothing updated. I'm seeking to relocate elsewhere. I've been living here for no longer than three months, my stove isn't working & my air conditioner went completely out. They served me an eviction notice AFTER paying my rent- ON TIME. This is utterly ridiculous. I'll never recommend anyone to live here!!! Please....

Been living here for 8 years. Just the occasional presence of the smell of weed outside otherwise a nice place to live.
