Huntington Place Apartments

i have been here almost a year if not and everyone that i have encountered with have been of VERY GREAT HELP. When I first moved in my kitchen faucet broke the assistant manager came personally herself and helped me clean up ALL THE WATER and I am grateful for that, Mackenzie has been AWSOME. when she has seen my kids with the wrong kids she has spoken to me about it and advised me and them as well, and anytime she sees my kids doing things she redirects them and I have no problem with it, when I was having noise issues with my neighbor I told her my concern and she handled it and I have not had any issues since, all in all I have no issues at all. Huntington Place Apartments is the place to be. I love my fireplace and my patio I’m going missed the mgmt and maintenance they all are great people. They keep the property up and maintained as it supposed to be the swimming pools are fun in the summer time. The swimming pools are kept up and very clean. You can also keep your pet they have doggie station for your little fury friend. Hunting Place is the place you will love to call Home and the management are very awesome thank you Katelyn, Makenzie, and Angela.

I’m appalled by the way some of you peasants speak so horribly on royalty (Mackenzie) and I’m sure there is more to the story then what you put in the reviews. But I know for ME, I think the apartment complex is nice. Every time I go to visit I am greeted and treated with nothing but respect by everyone in the office. Maintenance goes above and beyond from what I have seen (shout out Dominic Gaither 🙃) and I KNOW Mackenzie goes above and beyond for her residents. And for people to get on here and leave bad reviews just because something didn’t go THEIR way goes to show how childish and miserable you must be. TALKING ABOUT PEOPLES APPEARANCES instead of the BUSINESS like your supposed to on these reviews is BEYOOOND me.

I'm so thankful for Huntington place I lived here for 5 years and by far this is the best office staff I've had since I moved in Mackenzie and Angelia are so sweet, they listen and understand all the issues. Get these issues in a timely manner! I'm so thankful for my home and hope I don't ever have to move.

I’ve lived here for quite a while they are coo when they wanna be there managers are rude especially when folks go thru thing let alone lie.they will try to get u out asap there walls are thin you can literally hear folks on the other side of 1415/1417 there tenants have no respect for those that live around them but want sum one to pay 735 for a small unit that has problems took them a while fix. had a very difficult time with Makenzie fox in her lil bird of a manager.
