Huntington Downs Apartments

It was great working with Amy while renting our first apartment in the USA. She was very responsive throughout the process and made sure our apartment was ready a little earlier than expected, which we really appreciate. The property is nice overall; however, it is an older building. In our unrenovated apartment, some of the wooden fixtures are swollen, and the kitchen and bathroom have very old-style cabinets and accessories. Overall, our experience with the leasing process and support was positive.

I recently relocated to Greenville SC and Huntington Downs Apartments has made my relocation a very successful experience. The staff, maintenance and nature of this property are all phenomenal. I would not chose any other experience than my experience with Huntington Downs Apartments.

Had visited family for a while, but my sister had her babies over and after the first day she got evicted no warning or why till her son was handed an eviction order with her name. No warning but evicted for the children being a little too loud. Are neighbors stump waking my family up nightly but out of respect didn’t report it but was patient. Also for the price these apartments are not worth it by far. The closet in the living area is beyond filthy and the Stench of POT/WEED through my moms apartment

Really happy living here! The place is clean, quiet, and everything works the way it should. Maintenance is super nice and always helps out fast when you need something. Parking is easy, neighbors are chill. Definitely recommend!

Plz be careful, this was my first place on my own and i feel as if i couldn’t have been more of a target, i had mold in my apartment that i tested and it came back positive for mold, they tore the hallway ceiling out and left it like that for a week and said they were letting it dry, then i said there was mold in it and they came back and told me it was dust and then tore my bedroom ceiling out and weren’t going to offer me a place to stay until i asked! But i wasnt risking that. they replaced the ceiling a week later but told me it would be done in one day and i already told them it wouldn’t and i was right. i then tried to leave my lease since the mold wasnt fixed and they just replaced the ceiling to hide it and they told me no cuz there was no proof and that my test was faked. so i cal
