Huntington Apartments

We have lived at Huntington Apartments for several years now. We are very happy and impressed with how much the maintenance crew has improved through the years. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and done very well. Great job to both Huntington Apartments and your fabulous maintenance crew…we really appreciate all your hard work!!!😊

I had the pleasure of living in this beautiful community for two wonderful years, and I absolutely loved every moment. The friendly neighbors and the lovely, creative management made it a truly special place to call home. Nichole is sweetheart who always spread smiles and consistently organize small events, providing fantastic opportunities to connect with new neighbors. I miss living here and the amazing friendships I made. The location is also incredibly convenient, with easy access to markets and trails. I highly recommend this community!

We have been tenants at Huntington for a total of four years. The apartments are in a great location. The neighbors are very friendly. We have met so many great people either walking the loop or at the events held by the apartment complex. Our unit overlooked the duck pond. We enjoyed many evenings in our screened in porch watching the pond and wildlife. We would also go onto the dock and watch the turtles, fish, geese, and ducks swim by. In the winter, the pond is alive with other varieties of ducks and birds. You can often find a great blue heron wading in the pond. During our tenure at Huntington, we had both an unrenovated unit and a renovated unit. I would recommend the renovated units if available. While we had very little service requests, maintenance was prompt with their respons

I just moved in last week and let me just say management is amazing! My property manager Kevin made sure everything was ready for me. He is very welcoming to residents, he has helped me so much and I am super grateful to live somewhere where the manager actually cares about you!! I highly recommend! Thanks Kevin!!

The new Leasing and Maintenance Staff is amazing. I would specially like to call out for Community Manager Deneen. She is cheerful and courteous and always goes an extra mile to respond to and resolve any of the issues that we have. The maintenance person Robbie also deserves an applaud for being so helpful and prompt in fixing the apartment issues. This is the team which Huntington Apartment needed. Cheers!
