Huntington Apartments

I would highly recommend steering clear of this location if you are looking to rent. The property manager is absent at best. Many items that need repair are left in a state of disrepair. It will take multiple requests to get anything in the building fixed, if it gets fixed at all. The water in the apartments is close to undrinkable, to the point that if you put it on a plant, it will die. They will go after you for any and all costs possible when you do finally leave, regardless of the state of the actual apartment. Aaron is unprofessional and unqualified to be in charge of an apartment, let alone an entire apartment complex.

Don't live here if you have a dog or small child. My husband and I had been loyal tenants for 3 years without issues and had planned to stay another. Shortly before our lease term was up some new tenants moved in with their "service dog" which was an intact AGGRESSIVE Cane Corso that attacked my senior German shepherd by the THROAT and bit my husband in the process; completely unprovoked as they did not have a handle on the leash. Had this been a child or any other dog it would have been fatal. They were almost attacked a second time not even a week later with their dog dragging her son down the field 100 feet or so. Owner refuses to muzzle her dog. Despite my pleas for our safety and that of others, Aaron did absolutely nothing except tell me if someone else complains of the dog they won'

Good place to live. Reasonably priced, decent apt amenities, safe community, and not a lot of noise at all. But the water heaters always popped and made noise, so it takes some adjustment when trying to sleep. The fixtures inside are kind of old, but they get the job done and make the apartment a place to sleep and eat. Never had a problem with the internet, think my Xbox read like 175mb down. Lots of parking, dumpsters conveniently placed. Fitness center isn't a fitness center at all, but most people have a gym membership so no harm no foul. Would live here again for sure, only leaving because there wasn't a larger floor plan available at the time.

Aaron the " manager " of this place is trying to charge me 75 dollars for a cleaning fee 3 years after I moved out. He has zero proof of the condition he states I left the apartment in. He never notified me of any balance due until I am now trying to get another apartment that need rental verification. I told him I would gladly pay the fee if he could provide pictures. He stated that there aren't pictures. This guy is a bald-headed joke. Stay far away from this place. And he deletes reviews so lets see if he deletes this one!

It was nice but a few things that were a deal breaker for me. The 24/7 fitness center is a joke. You'll still need a regular gym membership if you live here. 2 rowers and 2 treadmills. That's it! No place to do pull ups or dips. Even though there is room for pull ups and dips. Also the "media package" is MANDATORY. $100 on top of the rent. DirecTV for TV viewing and 100 megabits for the Internet from Centurylink. You can't say no to this. Hoped my review helps you.
