Hunter's Pointe Apartments

Moving here was a great choice for my family. We love the area which is close to all the stores we need. The complex is nice and open, love the amenities and my children like that there's a playground. Georgie was a great help with our move in. She is so nice and communication was on point for everything. Maintenance is doing a wonderful job for all minor things we had to get done. Parking does get a bit hectic but I love that there's covered parking as well. There is a waitlist for garages, so hopefully something opens up. Other than that, I highly recommend this place.

Georgie, the Assistant Property Manager, was incredibly efficient and responsive to all of my emails. She made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free by answering my questions quickly and clearly. I truly appreciated how organized and helpful she was every step of the way. Abdallah, the Maintenance Supervisor has also been consistently kind and welcoming. He is always friendly, helpful, and willing to assist with anything that comes up, which makes a big difference. Juan and Joseph, the Maintenance Technicians, were professional and prompt. They handled everything efficiently and made sure any issues were taken care of right away. Hunters pointe has been a very safe place to live. I have always felt safe here. New management has been great so far. Abdulla our maintenance manager is a wonderful guy! He goes out of his way to make my day every time I see him. Mostly easy to work with.

Having this be my first apartment experience has been wonderful. The ease of knowing I feel not only safe but happy in this community is an understatement. Georgie in the front office has made this move in smooth and she has always been willing to help no matter the questions! Same with the maintenance team, they are fast to help and go above and beyond. I would highly recommend inquiring about moving in, you won’t regret it!

Moved in to our apartment a couple months ago up to this point me and my family have been very satisfied other then the street noise but thats too be expected considering its right off a main street. The amenities they provide are exceptional, the apartment is located with a good distance to stores, parks etc. The staff has been great since we have been here very polite an intentive, Major plus is the schools my kids go to are pretty close within driving distance, they also have school buses that come into the complex for kids. All-round great living environment for a family.
