Hunters Landing

I recently toured Hunters Landing Apartments in Ogden, Utah, and was very impressed with both the property and the professionalism of the management team. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and well-prepared to answer all of my questions. The leasing consultant provided a thorough walkthrough of the community, highlighting key features, amenities, and floor plan options with great attention to detail. The property itself was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The grounds were beautifully landscaped, and the amenities—including the fitness center, pool, and community spaces—were modern and inviting. the property manager here is so rude. he is very bad at communicating and likes to screw over the residents here. takes way more steps than needed in everything just to make things hard. every time i have talked to him it has put me in a bad mood. don’t move here unless you like people making your life harder and miserable. apartments are great tho.

I had a wonderful tour with Eric and Arron! They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The experience was smooth and informative from start to finish. Highly recommend Hunters Landing!

Eric is doing a phenomenal job while training Aaron! He was very patient answering questions while showing us various apartments until we were completely satisfied before proceeding! He deserves a raise!

I have never had such a discouraging apartment tour experience. The staff acted like we weren’t worth their time and didn’t take us seriously at all. Instead of welcoming us or trying to sell the place, they seemed uninterested and borderline judgmental, as if we couldn’t afford to live there. We came ready to move, but were treated with unprofessional and dismissive behavior. If this is how potential residents are treated, I can’t imagine how they handle actual tenants. Definitely not worth considering with customer service like this.
