Moved in the 1st unit and their was visible mold and leakage from the roof. My furniture got infested in mold and I had no a/c with a toddler whom caught a skin infection from the heat and mold. Was told the problem would be fixed and I did not have to pay. Plumber came in put a huge hole in the ceiling in my kitchen! Left it open for weeks mold still was being produced. From the kitchen down to the bedrooms. Then I was offered a new unit which the door was kicked in and not fixed from previous tenant. I've lived in this complex before and i confirm, all the bad reviews to be 90% true about their experience. We had a tree fall on our car and management did nothing to help, actually they scoffed and brushed us off. We were in the bottom apartment where stairs are a basic necessity to access your door, they were broken for weeks prior to being repaired. Lets not even talk about those roaches, i had a budget for insecticide not to mention a maintenance worker stole jewelry from our bedroom dresser. Just make sure a have renters insurance and take pictures of your receipts

I moved in 1 month ago and I can say I am relieved! After reading the reviews after I signed the lease I was very worried but I can say I am pleased. I have not had any problems with my apt. I love my hardwood floors and my kitchen cabinets. I told Mr. Alan that I would write a review about the experience since everything has went and is going well. We will see how things go and if anything changes --I will RE-REVIEW!

I don't even think I can rate these apartments. not even a star. I've been living here for half a year , and in the last couple of months we've seen more roaches than people who do inspection . we are on the top floor and someone drove into our bottom apartment. which we were told they were going to change us to another apartment and never did still at the same one 4 or more months later . this a horrible place that I don't recommend . I recently just got my car broken into . management does not even wanna show me camera footage . .so unbelievable

I hate it here!! The new management does nothing. I have told them about several repairs that need to be done and no one has come to fix anything. The door to my children's bedroom has come completely off, the blinds need to be replaced, patio door needs to be fixed, stove needs to be repaired, or replaced. I have ants in my bathroom cause the bathroom wasn't repaired before we moved in there is a hole in my tub that was patched over but needs to be fixed. My water in the bathroom doesn't regulate there is only HOT water. I have two toddlers and this isn't a safe enviroment. They made me pay 1550 to stop and eviction even though I had paid the rent. They never answer the phone in the office. This place sucks. And if it wasn't for my husband coming home soon and being stationed in another
