Hunters Crossing Apartment Homes

Totally despicable. I went in for a walk-through and to do my application to which they took my money for the application and to hold the apartment. I was told that it would be 2 to 4 days before they would know anything only to get a call back 3 hours later telling me I'm not approved after they made sure they got my money then told it would take 5 to 7 days to refund my $200. If you knew or know that people won't be accepted, that's something you should be very transparent with. No one has money nowadays to waste. That was really rude and it's already hard enough keeping up with bills and they're taking people's money knowing that they're not going to approve them for apartments. So disrespectful and non-caring this management company should be ashamed of themselves

I personally had a good experience here with the staff. Sherri was a great point of contact and whenever I needed maintenance, they came very quickly and were kind/professional every time (I live alone as a female and this matters). Every place you live will have its downfalls, but overall, Sherri (the manager) was quick, understanding, helpful, and easy to get in contact with.

Dont apply here. They will steal your money. I applied here and was told i would definitely be approved. I just had to put 300 down. I did that. I got an email to sign my lease. then get a call 5 min later saying i was denied. And then suddenly there system for refunds was “down”. Really? Not a coincidence?

Don’t come here. The office is very unorganized. I went out of state for a couple weeks for a sick family member and came home to my apartment to all of my items stolen and in the hallway. I emailed the manager and the next morning they came to my apartment to confront me and said they assumed I moved. I never in my life heard of someone doing this. So they also illegally changed my locks , weeks later no replacement of any of my items. They also took my toilet bowl. The apartment now stinks so badly. This is straight abuse and they are now being sued. They have broken so many violations.
