I have not moved in 40 years! So, I knew that there may be challenges since I am a widow also and wanted to downsize. Gaetano Belmonte, who is a Hunt Real Estate agent, was recommended to me by a few people. He is a wonderful person who is not only knowledgeable about selling and buying homes but also kind with a calming nature. He guided me along every step of the way. My home sold quickly, and Gaetano helped me find a home in a very short amount of time. I am truly blessed to have had Gaetano as my real estate agent!
So I think we all know selling and buying a home has its challenges especially in New York but I have got to say the team at Hunt Real Estate / Mortgage in Manlius, NY has one of the best teams I’ve ever worked with. My agent Mrs. Theresa Reisner was incredible to work with, she will work with you until all your needs are met then she will turn you over to Mrs. Connie Bixby of there Mortgage department who will work with you until all your paperwork is approved and signed. The building is phenomenal, the employees are fabulous. They go beyond what is expected. Extremely professional but a family environment. A great group of people, I would recommend this company to others.
