Terrible bones to this Cordell house I just bought in Crown Point. Basement walls wet also. I'm the 2nd owner so I have no recourse with builder. Also, construction on new part of development goes from 7a to 8p nightly. Way too loud and long.
Excellent family owned and operated business. High quality homes and great to deal with!
