Katie and Callie did an excellent job selling my mom’s home! I can absolutely see why they’re ranked very highly through the Georgia Realtors Association. I live out of town, and they made the entire process so easy and stress-free for my mom. Their professionalism, communication, and care went above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell!

Katie listed my house for above what I thought I could get and we ended up going under contract for $10,000 over asking price. In this market it's rare for that to happen, but she made it happen. 100/10 I'd choose Katie again. The most professional real estate experience I've ever had and I've bought and sold a lot of houses.

I would not recommend using Katie Hughey Gatewood with Hughey & Neuman. She terminated our contract about a week after listing with no explanation. I've never had this happen with a realtor. I traveled many miles and worked very hard clearing out the entire house as she requested and doing everything on her 'marketing checklist'. I wasted precious time not being on the market trying to get the house exactly as she recommended. I then had to quickly find another realtor which took even longer to get the house back on the market. Since I was shocked at her behavior, I called the Georgia Realtor Association to ask if a realtor 'quitting' you with no explanation is normal. Her selling contract included their name/logo on all of the paperwork but the GA Realtor Association told me she was not a
