Hudson Ridge Apartments

I lived here for 1 whole year. I finally moved out in august. It took 3 months to finally get my security deposit back. Beware living here. I had to throw away all of my belongings due to a roach and bedbug infestation. Also if you have them repair something they dont actually fix it. My sink kept leaking and maintenance would come in and just make it look pretty. Never a secure fix. Cops were there all the time and someone also died on the property as I saw them pick up the body. No matter the price, living here isn't worth your money or sanity.

Update:2024 Dog dung litters the lot. Hudson ridge apartments used to be a motel: sunset pointe converted to micro studios and apartments. Roaches, overflowing trash, overpriced. Surprise Rent increases. Hidden fees like $150.00 shared-meter electric bills. Unless your unbelievably desperate, don't do it. This many bad reviews can't be wrong. Loud Domestic arguments daily. No parking, it's a huge problem. Water is shut off constantly for pipe repairs because of the old motel plumbing system. They have updated a few units but it's only cosmetic because the problems are structural, not code compliant. They recently repaved the parking lot and there have been less police calls. Overall it's improving since the pandemic.

These are the most beautiful apartments in California with the most selfless, amazing, intelligent and high class people I have ever met. Police activity is pretty much non existent. If you’re looking to move to the most extraordinary apartments in California look no further, these are it!

In reminiscing a couple of apt., this one has most unprofessional, inept and rude staff. Starting with mgr. Blanca walking around like she is somebody...yes, somebody only worried about her appearance..why? plain and rather rough in the face and a mouth of truck driver. Maintenance wears no uniforms. I actually had one drunken Poncho they call him, enter my apt @2.00 in the morning and harass me When I complained to Blanca, he denied it. The place had no garden area and yes, roaches and bedbugs. The tenants are types that will leave you saying "humn'. Some heavy meth users. Some there stole from me. I clearly did not fit. Be noted I lived there 3 yrs.ago.

lived here over a year and a half. no hot water in kitchen sink ever, when asked about it the landlady kind of glanced at her only maid/worker lady and they both did the casual *oh yeah there's never been hot water in the kitchen sinks right?? wink wink* washed my dishes in the bathtub the entire time. roaches. ROACHES EVERYWHERE. paid a security deposit to move into a filthy apartment that they had over 30 days to clean and get ready. EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. SLAMS THEIR DOORS!! if you work nights good luck sleeping in this place. rent is month to month basis paid ONLY IN MONEY ORDERS maid out to a shell company named "PRH II, L.P." the list goes on..avoid this place by all means unless you just finished being homeless and any 4 walls and a ceiling is suitable enough for you. cheers.
